Terms of Use and Service
The terms governing the InMedism website and Inmedism Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.’s non-clinical international patient-coordination services.
Company and legal identity
These terms apply between you and Inmedism Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. (“InMedism®”, “we”, “us”), Corporate Identification Number U86100DL2023PTC412325. Our registered office is WZ-1598/2, Nangal Raya, New Delhi - 110046, India, and our corporate office is UG-12 G/F 10 Upper, Vishal Tower, District Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi - 110058, India.
Acceptance and scope of these terms
By using the public website, submitting an enquiry or asking InMedism to begin a service, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms applicable to that activity. A separately issued written service description, fee disclosure or quotation can add service-specific conditions. If an expressly accepted service document conflicts with these website terms, the more specific term governs that service to the extent of the conflict.
Eligibility and capacity
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of giving the instructions and authorizations involved. A minor or person unable to provide valid instructions must act through a parent, lawful guardian or properly authorized representative. We may request proportionate evidence of identity, age, relationship or authority.
Family members, attendants and representatives
A family member or attendant may assist only with the patient’s knowledge and lawful authority. The representative must identify the patient, explain their relationship, provide accurate instructions and avoid submitting records or making decisions beyond their authority. InMedism may pause or refuse coordination where authority is unclear, disputed or appears unsafe.
Nature of an enquiry
An enquiry is a request for information or coordination, not acceptance by InMedism, a hospital or a doctor. Submitting a form does not reserve an appointment, create admission, confirm treatment suitability, fix a price or require any provider to accept the case. We may request further information, redirect the enquiry to a more appropriate pathway or decline work we cannot safely or lawfully support.
InMedism’s service scope
Depending on the service confirmed with the patient, InMedism may coordinate specialist and hospital access, appointments, hospital estimates, medical-visa supporting documentation, travel and accommodation, airport transfer, local transport, interpretation, hospital administrative support and follow-up communication. The exact scope, timing, deliverables, exclusions and any InMedism charge should be disclosed before the patient confirms a paid coordination service.
No doctor-patient relationship with InMedism
InMedism is a non-clinical medical-travel facilitator. We do not examine patients, diagnose conditions, prescribe medicines, select treatment, perform procedures or replace the treating clinician. Website use, enquiry handling and coordination do not create a doctor-patient relationship with InMedism or its personnel.
Independent hospitals and clinicians
Hospitals and licensed professionals independently decide whether to review or accept a case and remain responsible for examination, diagnosis, recommendations, informed consent, treatment, medicines, clinical records, discharge and follow-up. A directory listing does not, unless expressly stated otherwise, imply partnership, affiliation, agency, authorization, endorsement or exclusivity.
Accurate and complete information
You must provide information that is accurate, current and complete to the best of your knowledge, promptly correct material errors, identify known allergies and relevant medical history to the treating provider, and disclose changes that could affect treatment or travel. Do not impersonate another person, alter medical documents or conceal information requested for a lawful clinical or administrative purpose.
Patient-coordination fee
InMedism® charges a patient-coordination or service fee where disclosed for the selected service. The applicable amount, currency, taxes if any, covered service, payment instructions and cancellation terms will be disclosed separately before the patient confirms that service. The InMedism fee is separate from the hospital’s treatment quotation and invoice.
Hospital treatment payments
Patients pay hospital treatment charges directly to the hospital or clinical provider using its official payment instructions. InMedism does not receive hospital treatment payment through this website and does not control the hospital’s deposits, billing, credit, refund decisions or final invoice. Verify bank details directly with the provider before transferring funds and report any suspicious payment instruction.
Travel, accommodation and other third-party costs
Flights, visas, hotels, guest houses, airport transfers, local transport, meals, interpretation, translation, insurance and related non-clinical services are separate unless expressly included in a written quotation. Applicable third-party costs, payment instructions and cancellation conditions should be disclosed before the patient confirms the arrangement. The independent supplier controls its availability and performance.
Hospital estimates and cost limitations
A hospital estimate is a preliminary provider-issued reference based on information available at that time. It is not a fixed quotation or final invoice unless the hospital expressly states otherwise. Charges may change after examination, diagnosis, tests, procedure selection, implant or medicine choice, room category, length of stay, complications, currency movement, tax changes or services outside the package.
Negotiation and patient advocacy
With the patient’s authorization, InMedism may ask the hospital’s appropriate billing, international-patient or administrative team to clarify the estimate and consider an available concession or revised package. The hospital independently decides its prices, inclusions, concessions, payment terms and final invoice. InMedism cannot guarantee a particular estimate, discount or saving.
Cancellations, changes and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights depend on what was purchased and who received payment. Hospital, airline, hotel, transport, interpreter and other third-party payments follow that provider’s written policy. Any refund of an InMedism coordination fee follows the service-specific cancellation terms disclosed before confirmation, taking account of work already performed and non-recoverable costs. Nothing here limits a refund or remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Appointments, admission and outcomes
We do not guarantee a particular doctor, appointment time, admission, procedure, donor pathway, medicine, treatment duration, recovery, clinical outcome or absence of complications. Provider availability and recommendations may change. Patients should obtain written confirmation from the hospital and discuss material clinical risks, alternatives and expected outcomes with the treating clinician.
Visa, immigration and government decisions
InMedism may coordinate information needed to request hospital supporting documents and may provide general administrative guidance. Only the relevant government, mission, immigration, FRRO/FRO or other competent authority decides visa issuance, processing time, validity, entry, registration and extension. A hospital invitation or InMedism assistance does not guarantee approval or admission at the border.
Medical-record authorization
The general enquiry form does not authorize health-record sharing. Medical files and detailed identity documents may be submitted only through the approved consent-controlled process. The patient or lawful representative must authorize the stated purpose and selected recipient, upload only relevant lawful records and keep private access links confidential. The Privacy Notice explains processing, retention and withdrawal.
Communications and electronic records
You authorize service-related communication through the contact channels you provide, which may include email, telephone or WhatsApp. Third-party communication platforms apply their own terms and privacy practices. Do not send unsolicited medical records, passport copies, passwords or banking credentials through ordinary messaging. Electronic confirmations, consent records and service communications may be retained as business records.
Transplant enquiries and prohibited organ trade
All transplant coordination is subject to applicable Indian law, registered-hospital procedures and competent approvals. InMedism does not source, sell, purchase, advertise, negotiate or promise organs, tissues or paid donors. We will not facilitate payment for an organ, fabricated donor relationships or evasion of authorization requirements and may report suspected unlawful activity where required.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse forms, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape personal data, infringe intellectual property, submit unlawful transplant requests, impersonate another person or use the website to harm, mislead or defraud. We may block access, preserve relevant evidence or decline an enquiry where reasonably necessary for safety, security or compliance.
Website information and intellectual property
Public medical, travel and cost content is general information and not individualized medical, legal, immigration, tax or financial advice. InMedism names, trademarks, branding, design, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Personal non-commercial viewing is permitted; unauthorized republication, commercial extraction, misleading alteration or use of branding is prohibited except where law permits.
Website and service availability
We aim to maintain useful and accurate services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or continuing availability of any page, provider or feature. We may correct, update, suspend or remove content and services for maintenance, safety, accuracy, legal compliance or operational reasons.
Liability and non-excludable rights
Each party remains responsible for matters within its control. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InMedism is not liable for independent clinical decisions, provider acts or omissions, government decisions, third-party travel performance or losses not reasonably caused by InMedism’s breach. Where InMedism is legally responsible, liability will be assessed under applicable law and the proven circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Force majeure and events outside reasonable control
InMedism is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, conflict, civil disorder, government action, border restrictions, transport disruption, strikes, hospital emergencies, clinician unavailability, utility failure, cyber incidents or network outages. We will take reasonable steps to communicate and mitigate effects where practicable. This clause does not remove duties that cannot lawfully be suspended.
Complaints and grievances
Raise a service complaint with [email protected] using the subject “Service complaint” and include the enquiry reference without attaching unnecessary sensitive files. We will acknowledge, investigate and seek a fair response. Privacy grievances should use the Privacy Notice process. Complaining to InMedism does not prevent a patient from using any consumer, regulatory, hospital or legal remedy available under applicable law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, statutory forums and any jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through the complaint process, but this does not unlawfully restrict access to a competent court, consumer commission or authority.
Severability and no waiver
If a competent authority finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the necessary extent and the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. Headings assist reading and do not change the meaning of a clause.
Amendments and effective date
We may revise these terms when services, fees, technology or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be shown on this page. Material changes affecting an already confirmed paid service will not be applied retrospectively to disadvantage the patient unless required by law or expressly accepted. These Terms of Use and Service are version 2026-09-05 and effective from 5 September 2026.

Questions patients often ask
These answers provide general coordination information. Questions about diagnosis, risks or treatment require a qualified clinician.
Ask a different question →Does an enquiry confirm that a hospital or doctor will accept my case?+
No. An enquiry begins information gathering and coordination only. A hospital or clinician independently decides whether to review or accept the case.
Does using InMedism create a doctor-patient relationship?+
No. InMedism is not a healthcare provider. A clinical relationship can arise only through the treating hospital or licensed clinician’s process.
Does InMedism charge a patient-coordination fee?+
Yes. Any applicable InMedism® coordination or service fee is disclosed separately before the patient confirms the service and is separate from the hospital’s treatment invoice.
Who receives the hospital treatment payment?+
The patient pays the hospital or clinical provider directly according to its official instructions. InMedism does not receive the hospital’s treatment payment through this website.
Are hospital estimates or negotiated discounts guaranteed?+
No. The hospital independently controls prices, concessions, inclusions and the final invoice. InMedism may advocate for clarification or an available concession but cannot guarantee one.
What happens if I cancel?+
The applicable cancellation and refund policy depends on the service and who received payment. Review the written InMedism or third-party terms supplied before confirmation. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
